Site Manager – High-Profile Project (16 Weeks)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-calibre Site Manager to oversee a prestigious and technically complex Roofing project in Central London. This is a fast-paced, high-profile scheme requiring strong leadership and exceptional coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations on a complex build
* Coordinate works within a logistically challenging, high-traffic environment
* Oversee large-scale scaffolding operations
* Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
* Lead subcontractors and site teams to deliver on programme
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on complex structures
* Strong background working in busy urban or highway environments
* Experience managing large scaffolding packages
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to operate effectively under pressure on high-profile projects
Qualifications & Certifications
* SMSTS (essential)
* Black or Gold CSCS Card (essential)
* First Aid at Work (essential)
* Temporary Works Coordinator (preferred)
* Scaffold Management / Inspection (advantageous)
* Full UK Driving Licence
