Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and project managers, to ensure project objectives are met.Requirements:
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in home building or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide on-site teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
