Team Size: Up to 15 Trades and Labour Staff
Pay: Day Rate (Paid Weekly)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead a 26-week project in central Lancaster. This diverse project involves fit-out, refurbishment, and the fitting of new fire doors across various buildings and amenities, including student accommodation require a site manager for a 26 week project
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a team of up to 15 trades and labour staff as site manager
Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as site manager
Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly as site managerRequirements:
Proven experience in fit-out, refurbishment, and fire door installation is essential
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
Asbestos Awareness Certification
Fire Warden Certification
