Site Manager for Construction Office Refurbishment Project in Truro (4 Months)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fit-out Manager to join our team for a 4-month office refurbishment project in Truro. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all interior fit-out activities to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the interior fit-out process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor progress and performance to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in office refurbishment or similar construction projects.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of subcontractors and suppliers.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
