Description:

Site manager required to manage a site for an award winning house-builder in Gloucester The project consists of several units, which is a mix between 3-4 bedroom houses and apartments and consist of both private and H/A sales. The site needs to be managed by a highly experienced individual, who can push the project towards the end of the programme

THE ROLE

Site build from the inception to handover
Health and Safety
Ensuring site is completed to time and budget constraints
Liaison with NHBC and LA representatives
Control and monitoring of sub-contractors
Able to read and interpret drawings
Supported by an experienced Project Manager and Contracts Manager

THE PERSON

At this stage, the Client would like to invite applications from existing Site Managers who have extensive social housing experience but are also open to conversations with experienced Assistant Site Managers who are more than ready to take the next step up.
Experience of new build speculative housing and the ability to demonstrate a strong and working understanding of the cycle of housebuilding
A check-able work history within housing
Possession of a current CSCS card, SMSTS and 1st Aid
