Opportunity to work with one of the most successful developers / Contractors in the country on one of their flagship project in North West Londont. All of the units have high end finishing's and need keen eye for detail. The job is currently on programme and you will not be coming to troubleshoot other peoples mistakes.

My client is looking for an Internals Site Manager on a large residential scheme. The majority of the blocks are 1st fix stage. We need an Finishing manager to support our Senior Site Manager. We are looking for someone with Residential experience on similar projects. Furthermore, the Finishing Manager will have to be able to be left in a plot unattended and deliver the goods.

Duties:
• Report to Senior Site Manager
• Health and Safety
• Managing Sub-Contractors
• Quality Assurance
• Working to programme

Musts:
• CSCS
• First aid
• SMSTS
• Residential Experience
• 2 references
