A luxury developer is actively seeking a strong internally focused site manager, to join them on a flagship development in East London.
This developer currently has a 15 year scheme underway in East London, creating a brand new neighbourhood. Once completed it will contain over 1800 new homes, community park & commercial properties. A major development, it is made up of several RC frame blocks, containing 1-3 bedroom flats.
As a site manager, you will be based in a block of up to 100 units. You will oversee your blocks from first fix through to handover.
Your Site Manager duties will include;
* Managing a whole block from first fix through to completion
* Ensuring H&S is followed out correctly
* Planning works
* Resolving any technical issues
* Reporting into a Project Manager
* Ensuring the fit out is finished to a high standard
To be considered you must;
* Have a Black or White CSCS & SMSTS
* Minimum 3 years experience in managing residential fit out, as a site manager
* Previous experience involved in managing RC Frame blocks on residential schemes
* Main contractor/ developer experience
* Longevity with previous employers
