Our client, a regional Main Contractor are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team, on a new build bungalow project in Darlington. The project will involve the managing the continuation of a high value new build, starting 10/08 and the duration is for at least 4 weeks .
Due to the importance of the role, it is imperative that candidates have previous relevant new build residential experience.

* CSCS card
* 3-day First Aid
