Site Manager – House Building (Finishing)
South Shropshire
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the finishing stages of a high-quality open market residential development in South Shropshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong housebuilding background who takes pride in delivering quality homes through to completion.
The Role
* Manage the finishing stages of a high-quality open market housing development.
* Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are completed to the highest standard.
* Drive the snagging process and ensure defects are closed out efficiently.
* Maintain quality, programme and Health & Safety standards.
* Coordinate inspections and prepare plots for handover.
Requirements
* Recent and predominantly housebuilding experience.
* Proven experience managing the finishing stages of open market, high-spec residential developments.
* Strong eye for quality with experience managing snagging and plot handovers.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
* Available to work on a contract basis.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract
* Duration until mid to late October.
