Description:
We are looking for experienced Freelance Site Managers to provide holiday cover across various construction sites throughout London.
This is an ad hoc role, ideal for self-employed Site Managers looking for flexible assignments with the opportunity for ongoing work.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations during planned holiday cover.
* Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain site standards.
* Coordinate subcontractors and oversee programme delivery.
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and complete site documentation.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the project team.
* Report progress and any issues to the Contracts Manager.
Requirements
* Proven Site Manager experience within the construction industry.
* SMSTS
* CSCS Managers Card
* First Aid at Work
* Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work across multiple London locations.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
