Heritage / Super Prime Residential Site Manager
Castellum | Cotswolds / Berkshire / Gloucestershire (Current Sites around Stroud and Hungerford)
We’re looking for an experienced Super Prime Residential Site Manager to join Castellum and take ownership of high-end residential projects across the Cotswolds and wider area.
You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional luxury homes from inception through to completion, working to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and client expectation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full project lifecycle of super-prime residential builds (typically £5m+)
* Coordinate closely with clients, architects, interior designers and specialist contractors to ensure seamless delivery
* Uphold uncompromising standards of quality and finish on every detail
* Plan, monitor and control programme, budget and resources
* Ensure full compliance with building regulations, planning conditions and health & safety legislation
* Lead site teams effectively, proactively manage risk and resolve issues swiftly
* Maintain clear, professional communication and strong client relationships throughout
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3-5 years’ site/project management experience on high-end residential schemes
* Proven track record delivering super-prime residential projects valued at £5m+
* Deep knowledge of luxury materials, high-specification finishes and specialist trades
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
* Confident stakeholder management and the ability to work under pressure with professionalism
* Experience with modern project management tools/software
* A relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification is advantageous
