Site Manager – Residential Groundworks
Location: Wigan
Rate: Negotiable DOE
Start: Immediate / Short Notice Considered
Duration: Long-Term / Ongoing
IR35: Outside IR35 – CIS or Ltd
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established groundworks subcontractor on a residential groundworks package in the Wigan area.
The client is confidential until interview stage and has a secure pipeline of ongoing work, offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
*
Manage the day-to-day residential groundworks activities.
*
Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors.
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard.
*
Monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety.
*
Liaise with engineers and the wider project team.
*
Coordinate labour, plant and materials.
Requirements
*
Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks.
*
Strong residential groundworks background.
*
SMSTS – Essential.
*
CSCS – Essential.
*
Good communication and leadership skills.
*
Other relevant tickets and qualifications are desirable.
