Site Manager - CAT A / B Fitout - Manchester
Leading Tier 1 Fitout Contractor
Start Date: September
Contract Length: Circa 1 year
Location: Manchester
The Shore Group are working with a leading Tier 1 Fitout Contractor, who are seeking an experience Site Manager. Reporting to the on site Project Manager, you'll oversee the CAT A & B refurbishment of a Secure Office Facility.
It is CRUICIAL this indiviual has SC Clearance or at least be BPSS checked.
???? Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of the CAT A & B fitout project.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.
* Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues to maintain delivery milestones.
* Ensure all works comply with design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
* Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and health & safety reviews.
* Liaise closely with the client, project team, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support project reporting, programme management, and successful project handover.
✅ Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering CAT A & B fitout/refurbishment projects.
* Previous experience working on commercial office fitout projects for a Tier 1 contractor.
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site management procedures.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Experience managing multiple trades and stakeholders.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.
* SC Clearance is essential, or candidates must hold BPSS clearance and be eligible to obtain SC Clearance.
