Site Manager - Fit Out

An industry-leading commercial fit-out specialist, is currently seeking an experienced Internal Fit Out Manager to join a high-profile project in South London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving standards and ensuring the successful completion of a fast-track fit-out project on time and with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the site team to lead and coordinate all aspects of the internal fit-out phase.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
* Effectively manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they deliver work to the required standard and within budget.
* Drive productivity and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to overcome challenges.
* Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, including the project team, clients, and senior management.
* Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as an Internal Fit Out Manager or similar role, ideally within the commercial fit-out sector.
* Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, techniques, and materials including Polished Concrete Finishing.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on quality and safety.
