A successful principal contractor within the expanding cladding and fire remediation sector has a new opportunity for a site manager.
Ideally, you will be someone looking for a career path with a forward-thinking company. The environment created is one where your developing talent will shine and your performances rewarded.
Over the past 5 years, they have focussed on collaborating with leading London developers to successfully deliver façade remediation, external refurbishments and cladding replacement projects with outstanding results.
Their projects are within a short travelling distance of Central London, and range in value from £5m - £15m.
If you would like to join them on their upward trajectory then ideally you will possess the following attributes:
• Talent with strong work ethic and drive
• A stable employment history with a tier 1 or 2 principal contractor.
• A relevant higher education qualification in construction
• SMSTS / Black CSCS / 1st Aid
• Excellent IT skills
They will offer an excellent salary with package, and flexibility where required.
