A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Site Manager in June, to assist with the delivery of a project in Exeter.
Your new company are a National Main Contractor, with bases in Bristol and London. As a business, their anticipated turnover for 2024 will be over £100M.
Project:
* £20M New Build Hotel (Net Zero Carbon)
The ideal candidate for the role with have extensive Internals experience and be competent in managing Internals Packages, Finishing, Snagging, and Defects.
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification is essential.
