We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fit out project in Epsom, starting on 27th July.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering fit out projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics.
* Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with the project programme.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections.
* Monitor quality and ensure works meet client specifications.
* Liaise with the client, project team, and subcontractors.
* Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Site Manager on fit out projects.
* Valid SMSTS certificate.
* Valid CSCS card.
* First Aid at Work qualification.
* DBS required
* Scaffold Awareness - beneficial
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Available to start on 27th July.
