Site Manager Construction
An established building and refurbishment contractor that specializes in high-end residential projects in London and the South East is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Kent based project.
The Site manager will be PAYE with a long term outlook – historic / listed building experience is essential.
The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London and the South East. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.
The Company
Specialising entirely in High-End residential refurbishments they have recently experienced an influx of new projects.
They have a turnover or around £12 million the company is of small size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work with an intimate team.
The directors are still super hands on, so you’ll benefit from a high level of exposure and support from them,
The Site Manager Role
The successful Site Manager will be based on a £800k project in Sevenoaks, Kent.
This project is a new build and refurbishment site. This includes demolishing an old building and turning it into living quarters.
It’s a high specification project + historical / listed building experience is necessary.
The projects you will be working on after this are residential refurbishments around the £500k - £2 million mark.
