Site Manager
Logical Personnel Solutions are looking for a Site Manager to work on Commercial New Build project in Towcester
The Site Manager role
The Site Manager will have a keen eye for detail and be able to anticipate and minimise any disruption to the schedule of works.
You will be site based in Towcester and responsible for ensuring the effective management of the site, the program and any risks that may cause issue.
Working in coordination with the Director and Head of Construction you will oversee the management of the project and will report directly to the Director
You will manage a family of sub-contractors that have an established record for delivering an outstanding level of service and be in constant dialogue with various design and architectural teams
On a weekly basis you will report to the management team with a keen focus on customer satisfaction, commercial direction, and risk management
The Person
The Site Manager will have
* Extensive experience in Commercial New Builds
* A keen eye for detail and high-quality finishes
* A track record for delivering these types of projects
* Excellent organisational & team management skills
* Able to design and deliver demanding and complex refurbishment programmes
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
* SMSTS/First Aid/CSCS
Duration
The contract will be 2 months
Rate
£300 per day (Freelance)
