Description:
Experience commercial fit-out Site Manager needed for a new project in central London (Zone 1).
Start date: 24/06/2024
Duration: 12 weeks, potential for continuation onto future projects.
Role: Site Manager
As a Site Manager, you will oversea the a GBP300k commercial office fit-out, including CAT A/ CAT B dit out and initial strip-out. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project and expected to carry out all typical duties, including:
Managing day-to-day site operations.
Implementing work practices such as Job Safety Assessments, Risk Analysis, Safety Audits, Security Protocols, and Critical Safety Audits.
Ensuring timely material requisitions to avoid delays and secure the best commercial terms.
Collaborating with contractors to address safety inefficiencies and implement additional programs and processes.
Attending Design Team Meetings to provide input into the design process and contribute to build-ability discussions, Health and Safety, or process improvement. Candidate Requirements:
SMSTS
First Aid ticket
Asbestos Awareness
CSCS
Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing similarly sized commercial fit-out projects.
