Site Manager - Cladding & Facade Project
East London
£250 - £375 per day + Overtime rates available + Long-Term Pipeline of Projects | Excellent Earning Potential
I'm currently representing a specialist contractor with a strong presence in the façade remediation and external envelope sector. With a significant value of secured work and a healthy project pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term job security and progression.
The Project
* Live hospital environment in East London
* Removal of existing render and cladding systems
* Installation of new cladding and external envelope packages
* Approximately 7 month program with further projects to follow
* Can have an immediate start for the right candidate
* Further projects secured and upcoming across London and the South East
The Experience You'll Need
* Previous experience managing cladding, façade, remediation or external envelope projects
* Ideally experience working within hospital, healthcare, NHS or other live environments
* Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
* Ability to drive programme, quality and health & safety standards
* Confident communicator capable of managing stakeholders on occupied sites
* CISRS Scaffold Inspection, PASMA or Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor qualifications advantageous
Essential Qualifications
* SMSTS
* CSCS (Black or Gold)
* First Aid at Work
