Circa £300 - £350per day with the project running till Summer 2028 at least
Site Manager / Site Agent required for a Lincoln project – Civil Engineering
Duties:
* Full site management role
* Daily site set up
* Health and Safety paperwork
* Hiring / Off Hiring Kit
* Managing materials
* Ensuring the successful running of the site
* Putting the men and the machines to work each day
* Ensuring program is maintained
* Quality Assurance duties
* Client Interface
Company Profile:
Site Manager / Site Agent required for a Civil Engineering contracting business, £20m looking after a mixture of projects across the civil engineering, groundworks and building industry.
Lincoln Project works will typically include:
* Bulk excavation, piling
* Foundations Drainage
* Small retaining walls and Substructures
* Formwork installations
* Slabs and concrete yards
* External works, hard and soft landscaping
