Managing site activities across a variety of building, civils and associated M&E projects.
Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, suppliers and site resources.
Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation, company procedures and airport requirements.
Monitoring project progress, quality and programme, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Liaising with project managers, engineers, clients and other stakeholders.
Ensuring RAMS, permits, inspections and site documentation are maintained to the required standard.
Managing site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, housekeeping and site safety within a live airport environment.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction or civil engineering sector.
A varied project background covering civils, building works and ideally M&E installations.
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades on site.
A strong understanding of health and safety, quality assurance and programme management.
The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver works in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
Relevant site management qualifications, including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Experience working within an airport, infrastructure or other live operational environment would be advantageous.

Salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience.
Attractive additional benefits package.
The opportunity to work on varied buildings and civil engineering frameworks at a major UK airport.
Long-term project opportunities within a busy and established construction environment.
