* Control project budgets, monitor costs, and produce accurate forecasts.

* Administer NEC4 contracts, managing variations, compensation events, and change control.

* Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme milestones.

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental legislation, and UK water industry regulations.

* Act as the key point of contact between the client, contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.

* Carry out site inspections and quality checks to ensure works are delivered to specification.

* Maintain strong working relationships with Costain, ensuring all delivery aligns with their procedures and project standards.

About You

* Good working knowledge of NEC contracts, project planning, and commercial management.

* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop site teams.

* A proactive approach to problem solving, risk management, and project delivery.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (preferred).

Salary & Benefits

* £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)

* Competitive benefits package

* Long-term, secure project with work commencing in August

* Opportunity to work on a flagship wastewater infrastructure scheme

* Career progression with a leading contractor in the UK water sector
