Urgent: Site Manager (Snagging & Defects) – Central Birmingham
Location: Central Birmingham (Excellent transport links)
Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)
Contract Duration: 4 Weeks
Rate: £300 per day
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Site Manager for an immediate, fast-paced 4-week contract in Central Birmingham.
You will be joining a high-profile residential scheme to push through the final stages of the defects and snagging period, ensuring all apartments and communal areas are finished to an impeccable standard.
Key Responsibilities

Snagging & Quality Control: Methodically inspect residential units, identify defects, and compile clear, actionable snagging lists.

Sub-Contractor Management: Directly manage and coordinate various trade sub-contractors to ensure snags are closed out rapidly and cleanly.
*
Client Liaison: Handover completed units and liaise with the client’s team to sign off defects.
What We Need From You

Strong Internals Experience: A proven track record of managing high-spec residential internal fit-outs, finishes, and snags.
*
Eye for Detail: You must be thorough, organized, and capable of driving trades to meet strict quality deadlines.

Required Tickets: Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid
