Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Contract Length: 4 weeks
Start Date: 26th October 2026
Day Rate: £300 per day
Working Pattern: Day shifts
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in Banbury. This is a four-week contract starting on 26th October, ideal for someone with previous experience managing retail or commercial fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of the site and coordinate subcontractors.
Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standard.
Monitor progress and manage site activities throughout the project.
Maintain health and safety standards and ensure site documentation is kept up to date.
Liaise with subcontractors and the wider project team to resolve any site issues.
Ensure quality control and a smooth handover upon completion.Requirements
Previous experience as a Site Manager on retail or commercial fit-out projects.
Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills.
Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Ability to manage site paperwork, progress reporting and quality checks.
Relevant site management qualifications, including SMSTS and First Aid, preferred.Apply Now
