Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for an ongoing project based in Leeds, with strong potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

The Role

The client is looking for a Site Manager with a strong administrative and reporting background who is confident managing paperwork, site documentation, and reporting duties alongside day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Overseeing daily site operations

* Completing site paperwork and reports

* Managing health & safety documentation

* Liaising with subcontractors and site teams

* Ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently

* Maintaining accurate site records and administration

Requirements

* Valid SMSTS

* Valid CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work

* Previous experience working as a Site Manager

* Strong organisational and administrative skills

* Confident with reporting and paper-based site management duties
