Freelance Site Manager – Industrial/Warehouse Project
Brentwood, Essex
£300 per day

Freelance Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an industrial/warehouse development in Brentwood.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, and ensuring the highest standards of health & safety and quality are achieved throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site activities and subcontractors
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
*
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
*
Chair site meetings and liaise with clients and project stakeholders
*
Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues
*
Maintain site records and health & safety documentation
*
Drive productivity and ensure project milestones are achieved
Requirements:
*
Previous experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects
*
SMSTS
*
CSCS Black Card
*
First Aid at Work
*
Strong health & safety knowledge
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Ability to start immediately preferred
