We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new build construction project in Preston.
This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established main contractor, ideal for a Site Manager with a proven track record delivering new build projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality.
Key Requirements:
Strong new build construction experience is essential.
Previous experience managing projects as the No.1 Site Manager.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme.
Strong focus on health & safety, quality and client liaison.Essential Qualifications:
