Site Manager Needed
???? Location: Scunthorpe
???? Start Date: Monday 29th June
⏳ Duration: 3 Months+ (Ongoing Potential)
???? Rate: DOE (Depending on Experience)
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a solar installation project in Scunthorpe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in renewable energy projects and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations on a utility-scale/commercial solar installation project.
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and to programme.
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
* Monitor quality standards and maintain project documentation.
* Liaise with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
* Manage RAMS, permits to work, and site records.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing solar PV projects.
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
* First Aid at Work qualification.
* CSCS Card.
* SSSTS (advantageous).
* Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor certification (preferred).
* IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH qualification (preferred).
* Strong understanding of HSE regulations and site management procedures.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
