Description:
I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager to start work in May, for a project in Whitehaven.
The project is 2x health centre refurbishments.
One is to start in May and is a 10 week programme which includes:
* Internal refurb
* Light strip and small demolition works
* Reconfiguration of consultant rooms and waiting areas
* Single floor
* Ceilings and partitions
The other project will commence mid-way through the first one and is a 4 week programme, which includes:
* Window replacement scheme
* Minor flooring replacements
* Drainage
They are looking for a Site Manager with the following experience:
* Live environment experience
* Experience working on commercial refurbishment schemes
* Trade background (desired but not essential)
The right candidate will also hold their SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid, Health and Safety and CSCS card.
