Channel Islands (Relocation Required)

Join a well-established main contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Channel Islands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the business for a September 2026 start.

Your first project will involve delivering remedial works within a live healthcare environment, managing a project valued at approximately £1 million. Following this, you'll have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial and residential developments as part of the company's long-term pipeline of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations from project commencement through to completion
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and health & safety
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Ensure all site activities are completed efficiently and in line with project requirements Requirements
Previous experience working as a Site Manager within the construction industry
Strong commercial construction and residential experience is essential
Experience delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard
Up to date and relevant tickets and qualifications
