£60,000–£70,000 + Car + Package | £4m Medical Centre
Take ownership of a quality construction project.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a £4m medical centre in Didcot, Oxfordshire, for an established regional main contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in running an organised, safe and well-managed site, delivering a quality product and keeping the project team moving in the right direction.
You will play a key role in driving the project forward, managing subcontractors and ensuring the medical centre is delivered to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
*
Taking day-to-day responsibility for site operations.
*
Driving the construction programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
*
Managing subcontractors, labour, materials and site logistics.
*
Maintaining excellent health and safety standards across the site.
*
Ensuring quality control procedures are followed throughout the build.
*
Working closely with the Contracts Manager, design team and client representatives.
*
Identifying and resolving site issues before they affect progress.
*
Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring works comply with specifications.
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience as a Site Manager working for a main contractor.
*
Exposure to healthcare, commercial, public sector or similarly complex construction projects.
*
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
*
Good programme awareness and the ability to drive progress.
*
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
