Site Manager - Kent
Project Details:
Currently looking for an experienced Site Manager new project in Kent.
The project consists of D&B contract for a new build community centre (sports hall/gym), with a Cross laminated timber frame and significant external works including sports pitch.
The successful candidate will report to a Project Manager.
Accountabilities and duties:
* Serve as the primary representative for daily site operations.
* Oversee progress and manage all daily activities, including supervising operatives and sub-contractors.
* Coordinate and allocate site resources efficiently.
* Act as the main point of contact with the Client.
* Conduct reviews of ongoing work to identify potential defects.
* Assist in the preparation of Operation and Maintenance manuals.
* Lead daily start-up meetings.
* Conduct toolbox talks.
* Manage the snagging and defects resolution process
