As a Site Manager, your responsibilities will include…

* Managing onsite operations ensuring the strategy of the project team is achieved

* Day to day on-site management of all site personnel & reporting any issues to PM or QS

* Conducting regular Toolbox talks on processes, procedures and Health & Safety information

* Collaborating with other departments/teams to ensure successful delivery of projects

* Preparing all site documentation as required by the Contract and Project Manager

* Managing, reporting and implementing on daily activities, site risk, health & safety

* Maintaining & exceeding customer expectations & satisfaction at all times

We’re looking for a Site Manager with…

* Full UK driving license

* CSCS Site Manager qualification

* Proven site manager experience ideally with an SMSTS qualification

* Exceptional leadership & organisational skills with high attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills, written & verbal with proven ability to meet deadlines

* Thorough understanding of industry related laws and regulations

* Familiarity with Microsoft office
