Job description:
Site Manager required for a highly regarded developer. ITS Building people are looking for a Site Manager to assist our client with a project based in Faversham, Kent. Own transport would be beneficial but public transport is available near this project.
The contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:00 to 17:00 Monday-Friday and there may be an option to work Saturdays during the project.
Additional training and a full-time contract may be provided for the right candidates.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Managing and Overseeing the site (Construction of a pack house for a farm - all internals.)
Reporting back to the Contracts manager and the office.
Managing all trades on site.
Problem Solving and a good team leader.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Groundworks.
A valid CSCS card
SSSMTS / SMSTS
First Aid
