* Monitor stock levels and ensure materials remain within permit limits.

* Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across all site operations.

* Work closely with the Assistant Manager to organise staffing and daily workloads.

* Previous experience within the waste management or recycling industry (essential).

* Management or supervisory experience within an operational environment.

* Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

* Experience managing operational budgets or profit and loss responsibilities.

* COTC (Certificate of Technical Competence) qualification is highly desirable.

What's on Offer

* Competitive salary from £45,000, depending on experience.

* Full training and ongoing support where required.

* Opportunity to join a successful and expanding organisation.
