SITE MANAGER

Description:

Linsco are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to start work on a construction site in Manchester.

You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities related to drylining projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a fixer in the drylining industry and will leverage this expertise to lead and coordinate site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all on-site activities for drylining projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Lead, supervise, and coordinate site personnel, including subcontractors and labourers involved in drylining work.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with project specifications.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise on site in a timely manner.
Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
Manage site resources efficiently, ensuring optimal use of labour, materials, and equipment.
Ensure site security and maintain a safe and organized working environment.
Conduct regular site meetings to provide updates on progress, address challenges, and develop solutions.
Implement and manage change control processes when necessary.
Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel regarding drylining methods and best practices.Requirements:
