Site Manager – Exeter
An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable regional contractor as a Site Manager on a permanent basis. This contractor’s type of works includes refurbishments within Education, Healthcare and Commercial valuing circa £2m operating between Somerset and Plymouth.

Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients and reporting progress
Supervising contracted construction workers
Meeting and managing subcontractors
Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Maintaining quality control checks
Motivating the workforce throughout the project
Day to day problem solving
Using specialist construction management computer applications
Ensure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times
 Requirements:

Trade background
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
CSCS Card
UK driving licence
