Site Manager – Boiler Replacement Project
Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire
Contract: Temporary – 5 weeks
Start Date: Monday 19th October 2026
Project: Boiler Replacement
Trevett Services are working with a leading global facilities management and property services provider to recruit a Site Manager for a 5-week boiler replacement project at a commercial premises in Henley-on-Thames.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the boiler replacement works, ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of a boiler replacement project.
* Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors on site.
* Provide day-to-day site supervision and ensure works remain on programme.
* Review and manage RAMS, permits to work and site health & safety requirements.
* Monitor quality, progress and compliance with project specifications.
* Liaise with contractors, project teams and client representatives.
* Ensure works are completed safely and to the required standard.
What We're Looking For
* Previous Site Manager experience.
* Mechanical / boiler replacement project experience preferred.
* Strong subcontractor management experience.
* Good understanding of mechanical building services.
* Experience managing RAMS, permits and site health & safety.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
* Available to start Monday 19th October
