looking for an experienced Site Manager to join theirteam.
They’re looking for a hands-on Site Manager, who will have technical knowledge alongside permit/documentation experience.About the company: they pride themselves on their extensive knowledge ofconstruction in the retail sector servicing a variety of blue-chip clients. The companyfocus heavily on the EV Charging market with some work in the petroleum sector.
Whether it is a knock down & rebuild project, refurbishment or new build, they canmanage your project safely to a first-class standard and provide you with aprofessional service.Job Description: Site safety and supervision Control of subcontract activities Operation of plant and equipment on site Ensuring compliance with the site programme Maintaining records registers as required
The right candidate will
Understanding that this role requires you to work away from home Monday-Friday (essential)
2. Minimum of 2 years of Site Management experience, with 1 year in Groundworks/ Coms/Civils (essential)
3. CSCS Black Card (essential)
4. SMSTS (essential)
5. Training for machines and SSSTS (desirable)
6. Full UK driving licence (required)
7. EV or Petroleum experience (desirable but not essential)
