Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join our client, a privately owned medium sized developer, whose build within the M25 specialising on both RC Frame apartment schemes.

The opportunity is based on a site on the poutskirts of West London, reporting into a Project Manager. The site is set to consist of 333 units ranging between 6-10 storeys.

You will be responsible for finishing a block of 42 units before moving onto an 80 unit block. The project is set to run to Dec 2026.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to take the step into Site Management. Suitable candidates must have worked for an established housebuilder on projects from ground through to completion. You also must have experience working with the NHBC with a good understanding of all the key stage inspections. Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification with up to date industry certificates
