Description:
We are working with a facade construction company who are looking for a site manager to work on a residential recladding project in Milton Keynes. The site manager should have at least 3 years experience as a site manager and ideally will have worked on projects involving recladding and timber frame. The contract for the site manager is for at least 9 months with a view to an extension after that period.
Requirements of the site manager:
3+ years experience as a site manager
Experience working on a residential project
Experience working on recladding projects - ideally timber frame interiors as well
The proposed day rate for the site manager is between £225 and £260 per day, depending on experience.
