My client are a prestigious, award-winning UK property and construction group with an excellent reputation for delivering significant, high-quality projects across the country. Schemes include luxury mixed-use developments and major residential / student accommodation projects.
They are recruiting for a Site Manager to join their team and manage an 80-unit new build housing scheme in Lincolnshire.
As the Site Manager, your role will entail:
The primary responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing all site activities.
The Site Manager will lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
Ensuring all work meets the company's quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and specifications is crucial.
Additionally, the Site Manager will implement and maintain stringent health and safety protocols on site, ensuring the safety of all workers and residents.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress is essential. Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle is also a key aspect of the role.
