Site Manager – Residential

We are currently searching for a Site Manager for site cover in Milton Keynes commencing on the 22nd of April 2024. The project is an industrial warehouse which is being is being altered so the ideal candidate will have experience running a similar project as the sole Site Manager.
The Role:
* Ensure health and safety compliance on-site.
* Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
* Monitor and control project budgets.
* Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
* Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders.
* Manage human and material resources efficiently.
* Proactively identify and address project issues.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
* Ensure environmental compliance throughout construction.
* Foster positive client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Required:
* Essential tickets: SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
* Availability to start on the 22th April 2024 is essential
