Description:
My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a new build car park in Cambridgeshire.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing site from concrete pour to completion. You will be overseeing an Assistant Site Manager and a Supervisor, reporting to a Project Manager. You will be responsible for all site inductions, client progress meetings and all relevant on-site H&S paperwork. You will be computer literate and capable of day-to-day running of a site.
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
This Site Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis until February 2025. There may be further work for you in East London upon completion of this project. Pay rate is negotiable - approximately £275 a day CIS.
