Long Term Freelance Role
Monday to Friday – 10 hour Shift
Based in Hitchin – Start Date 3/6/24
We are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of a main contractor from London who specialises within Fast Track Fit out.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
* Ideally from a joiner background
* MUST have experience of managing a project value of 3 Million plus
* MUST be able to manage a build and fit out.
* Proven history of managing teams of Trades and Labourer plus Sub Contractors.
* Must have worked on Fast Track Retail Fit Out projects.
* Must have SMSTS / Heath and Safety - ( IPAF not essential ).
* Background MUST have experiences with Commercial Fit Out Projects.
