Site Manager – Edinburgh – Hotel fitout and extension
Our client are a leading Main Contractor with sites nationwide, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a Project in Edinburgh.
Our client are looking for a Site Manager who has experience in steel frame/envelope build experience and they will be working alongside a fitout Site Manager on a project with a value of £10m
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
* Ordering of Labour
* Ordering of Plant Chairing & attending weekly meetings
* Ordering of Materials
* Identify and resolve any issues with the project
* To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
* SMSTS
* Strong work ethic
* First Aid Certificate
