I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join my client’s expanding renewable energy business, ideally based in or around the Colchester, Essex area. Working Monday to Friday the successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the onsite construction process, carrying out site inductions, ensuring strong working relationships between all contractors and maintaining high levels of Health & Safety conditions at all times.
Please note, this role involves travelling around the UK to be responsible for other installation sites, once the project is complete, you will move onto your next site, this means flexibility is needed towards being away from home Monday to Friday each week.
Site Manager Requirements:
* Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar Site Manager role.
* Ideally hold Health & Safety qualifications, especially SMSTS.
* Telehandler qualification would be advantageous.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Ability to balance a varied workload and have good attention to detail.
* Strong communicator and ability to build and develop strong relationships.
* Able to travel and stay away from home for periods of time whilst sites being installed.
* IT literate.
* Full clean driving licence.
Site Manager Benefits:
* Salary up to £45,000.
