Randstad is looking for a Fit out Site Manager to work on a high rise project in Leeds. The right candidate must have experience working on student accommodation and worked on fit out projects.

The Role

ASAP start
Leeds based
£300 per day CIS- negotiable on the person
Full time
On till summer 2025Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the fit-out or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of fit-out techniques, materials, and processes.
